Suncoast Fabrication Pty Ltd is committed to providing and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment to all employees, subcontractors, visitors and the community.

To achieve this goal, Suncoast Fabrication Pty Ltd will fulfil the following objectives:

§  Provide and maintain a Safety Management System based on AS/NZS 4801 and in compliance to relevant legislative requirements.

§  Managers and Supervisors provide leadership and support, and be accountable for implementation of health and safe work practices.

§  Provide plant and facilities under the control and management of Suncoast Fabrication Pty Ltd, in a safe and adequate condition.

§  Ensure hazards to health and safety are identified, risk assessed and effectively controlled.

§  Provide appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure that personnel are safe from injury and risks to health, whilst at work.

§  Ensure personnel and their representatives are consulted on matters that may affect their health and safety.

§  Ensure incidents and accidents are reported, investigated and followed up to prevent recurrence.

§  Recognise good safety performance.
